What we collect, why we collect it, and who else sees it. Written to be read.
Who we are

What we collect
- To fulfil an order — name, delivery address, email, phone number, and what you bought. We cannot ship without these.
- Payment — handled entirely by the payment gateway. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of a card. We never see or store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
- If you make an account — the above plus any saved addresses and your notification preferences.
- Site usage — page views and basic device information, aggregated. No advertising trackers and no cross-site profiling.
What we do with it
Fulfil and deliver your order, tell you where it is, answer your questions about it, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. If you have opted in, send you the monthly grinding note.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build a profile of you to resell.
Who else sees it
- Couriers — name, address and phone, so they can deliver.
- Payment gateway — whatever it needs to take the payment.
- Email and SMS providers — your email or number, to deliver the message.
- Our accountants and the tax authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records for eight years, because Indian tax law requires it. Account details until you delete the account. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Analytics in aggregate, with individual records discarded after twenty-six months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (except records we must keep for tax), and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies only: your basket and the session that keeps you signed in. There is no consent banner because there is nothing here that requires consent.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on the site before the change takes effect, rather than quietly updating the date at the top.
