Idly Dosa Podi
Milagai podi with more urad than chilli — coarse, so it holds the oil.

Ground to order · No preservatives, no added colour · Delivered across India
Whole spices sourced from Tamil Nadu and Kerala growers, sun-dried, roasted in small batches and stone-ground the week they ship. Nothing is extended with rice flour or husk, which is why the colour is duller and the smell is not.
