Delivery
We ship across India. Everything is prepared and packed once your order is placed, so the mill takes its share of the time before the courier clock starts.
What it costs
Delivery is charged by weight, not by order value. Rates are ₹80 per kg within Tamil Nadu and ₹120 per kg for the rest of India.
Couriers bill in whole-kilogram slabs and round up, so a 1.2 kg parcel is charged as 2 kg and every order pays for at least one kilo. Your basket shows an estimate at the Tamil Nadu rate; the exact charge is calculated at checkout once you have entered a delivery address.

How long it takes
Two to four business days inside Tamil Nadu, and three to six business days outside it. Your order is prepared and packed after you place it, so allow for that before the courier leg begins.
How it is packed
Powders go into food-grade laminate pouches, heat-sealed, then into a corrugated box with paper cushioning. Flours over a kilo travel in a woven sack inside the box, because a paper bag will not survive the journey.
If something goes wrong
Damaged, leaking or wrong on arrival: photograph it before unpacking any further and contact us within 48 hours with your order number and the photographs. After verification we will replace or refund it. Read the returns policy.
Outside India
Not currently available. Sending an order to family in India works normally — just use their address at checkout.
