About Nalangu Maavu
A traditional South Indian herbal bath powder, made specifically with babies in mind and gentle enough that it has always been used for them.
Three ingredients and nothing else. There is no perfume in it, no soap in it and nothing added to make it foam.
Any gender, any age can use it. The baby framing is about how mild it is, not about who it is for.
Ingredients
Everything that goes in, and nothing that does not. No preservatives, no chemicals, no added colour.
- Green gram
- Bengal gram (chana dal)
- Fenugreek seeds
Ground in a facility that also handles wheat, groundnut, sesame and tree nuts.
How to use
Take two to three spoons of the powder in a clean bowl.
Pour warm water or fermented rice water in slowly and stir to a smooth, medium-thin paste.
Let it rest for ten minutes, then use it.
