About Sthana Podi
Also called snana podi or kuliyal podi. A traditional South Indian bath powder made from natural grains, roots and fragrant herbs, used in place of commercial soap.
It does three things at once — cleans, scrubs gently and nourishes — which is what a soap plus a scrub plus a moisturiser is sold to do separately.
More than twenty natural herbs go in alongside the named ingredients. It is the most complex blend the mill grinds.

How to use
Take two or three spoons of the powder in a small bowl.
Mix with water, milk or rose water to form a smooth paste.
Massage gently over wet skin during your bath.
Rinse off thoroughly with water.
