About Kadalai Maavu
Ground from split brown chickpeas — chana dal — into the flour that half the savoury snacks in India depend on and most of the sweets besides.
It fries crisp, thickens a kadhi, binds a cutlet and bakes into a gluten-free flatbread, which is a wider range than any other flour in this catalogue manages.
The other traditional use is a face pack, where it absorbs excess oil and exfoliates. Same flour, same bag — it simply does both.

Everything that goes in, and nothing that does not. No preservatives, no chemicals, no added colour.
